  • 85/15 commission split
  • $12k annual cap, then 100% splot
  • No monthly fees
  • $285/transaction fee after cap, $125/lease transaction fee after cap, $30 BEOP fee/transaction
  • $249 sign-up fee
  • $750 annual brokerage fee, paid from first three transactions/anniversary year

Teams

  • 85/15 commission split
  • $12k team leader annual cap, $6k team member annual cap, then 100% split
  • No monthly fees
  • Team leader qualifications of $5M or 25 transactions in prior 12 months
  • $249 sign-up fee
  • $750 annual brokerage fee, paid from first three transactions/anniversary year
  • Minimum 10% team member split

  • Purchase stock at a discount with commissions: Agents can have 5% of net commissions paid out in stock.

  • Earn stock by capping and attracting agents: When an agent caps, the agent will be granted shares in stock.

  • Elite Agent stock awards: Agents who reach production benchmarks can earn up to $24,000 in stock.
